Terms of use

collab01space provides software tools for brands and creators to discover each other, communicate, propose collaborations, and track deliverables. We are a marketplace platform — not a party to every commercial deal between users unless we explicitly say otherwise in writing.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• Brand and creator roles unlock different features. Misrepresenting your role or identity may result in suspension.

• Do not spam, harass, scrape, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not post illegal, infringing, or deceptive content in profiles, pitches, or proofs.
• Social handles and contact details may be visible by design. Respect privacy and anti-spam laws when you outreach.
• Deal amounts, deliverables, and payment methods are agreed between brand and creator. Settle payments as you both arrange; collab01space does not hold deal funds unless a specific paid feature says so.

Core marketplace usage is offered with no platform percentage on deal spend during the current free/beta posture described on our pricing page. Optional subscriptions (if purchased) are billed according to the plan you select. Taxes may apply.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant collab01space a limited license to host, display, and process that content as needed to operate the product (e.g. show a portfolio on your media kit, store deal proofs). You are responsible for having the rights to share anything you post.

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, that every creator or brand is suitable for your campaign, or that any particular deal will complete. To the fullest extent permitted by law, collab01space disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, collab01space is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service or from deals between users. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for subscriptions in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or remain inactive. Provisions that should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, stop using the service and delete your account.
